Presentation of the Postgraduate Program “Ship Performance Analysis and Management”
With great success and significant participation, the official presentation of Greece’s first Postgraduate Program on “Ship Performance Analysis and Management” took place on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Eugenides Foundation.
A greeting was delivered by Mr. Leonidas Dimitriadis-Eugenides, IMO Goodwill Maritime Ambassador in Greece, who referred to the long-standing collaboration between the Eugenides Foundation and NTUA and the importance of investing in knowledge and in young Greek seafarers and engineers, who continue to excel internationally. He particularly highlighted the significance of cooperation between the academic community and the shipping industry as a decisive factor in shaping a sustainable and innovative future for the sector, as well as the crucial role of IMO in global shipping, aiming to facilitate collaboration among governments on technical issues affecting maritime transport and related to maritime safety and environmental protection.
